we are very regular visitors to this place but it was really very disappointing to see that there online payment mode is of no use, we paid through paytm n the money got deducted from my account n they said we did not receive the money, we were there for 4 days n the staff at cafe sol took our no. n even after reaching Delhi we received calls from the cafe. on the 1st day of our trip all went well but after this experience we will never be back here or will recommend anyone

The condition of the room was just average. Major advantage of hotel is it's proximity. For parking you have to use the public parking which is like 300 bugs per day . Food and ambience is good. Overall a good place to be in with your family of friends...

I have been to Shimla many times for my official trip and stayed far from main city and Mall road. This time I wanted to stay near Mall Road. I found this property very near to all sightseeing options so I booked for 2 nights. I was happy to choose this property for its location. Hotel is very close to lift. So its a plus point. Views from my room was awesome. I would suggest to book this hotel if someone is travelling with their family or senior citizens as its centrally located.

Local brews are good. All flavors are palatable. Service, ambience is excellent. Few of the waiters are sort of rude but the majority are pleasant. Bakery products are average at the most. Most of the cookies are NOT made with ghee or Butter. The food is average to good, but one of the best in Shimla.
